Our pizzeria boasts an extensive menu, including white, classic, and calzone pizzas. Our Grestane pizzas are the star of the show! After carefully selecting locally sourced ingredients and combining them with our gourmet expertise, we have curated a range of pizzas that showcase our valley’s pioneering role in supporting local agriculture. We strive to create pizzas that appeal to everyone, both in terms of digestibility and flavour. We use a high-hydration dough that undergoes an extended fermentation process. We apply this same concept to our bread, which we serve warm every evening at our restaurant.
